You may have entered your Social Security income in the wrong place on your return.  Do not enter it under 1099 income, instead enter it under Wages & Income / Retirement Plans and Social Security / Social Security (SSA-1099, RRB-1099). See sample screenshot below. Delete any entries you made elsewhere in the return for this income.
