The self-employed health insurance premiums for a S-Corp owner is enter in the K-1 entry screens for your Schedule K-1 for the S-Corp.

In TurboTax Self-Employed, follow these instructions:

1. Go to the Personal category.
2. Go to the Personal Income subcategory.
3. Choose the option "I'll choose what I work on"
4. Find the section labeled Business Investment & Estate/Trust Income.
5. Click start or update on "Schedule K-1, Schedule Q".
6. Continue through to the K-1 entry screen.
7. Enter all of your K-1 information and continue through to the screen labeled Other Situations.
8. Check the box labeled I personally paid health insurance and/or long term care insurance premiums for myself or my family and this S-Corp paid me wages.
9. Enter the premiums and your Medicare wages from your W-2.
