I currently use different IDs for Turbotax and Quickbooks but want to use the same ID for both. I can login to Turbotax with Quickbooks ID but only see empty profile.

You can change your TurboTax user id and/or password by following the instructions below:

Unfortunately, editing my user ID doesn't help. The problem is that I can't edit my Turbotax ID to be the same as the ID I use for Quickbooks and vice versa. When you create an ID for either Turbotax or Quickbooks a dummy account is created in the opposite system that you can then use to create a complete account using that same ID. Thus, if you create a Quickbooks account ID you can then login to Turbotax using the same ID and password and start creating a new Turbotax profile.

My problem is that I had already previously created SEPARATE IDs for turbotax and Quickbooks and there is no way to migrate either the Turbotax profile to use my Quickbooks ID or my Quickbooks accounting into to my Turbotax profile.

What I want to know if is there a way to export all my Turbotax profile (tax info, financials, etc) and then re-import them into the new Turbotax profile I create using my Quickbooks ID?

You can download your TurboTax Online .tax file and then bring it back in to your new TurboTax Online account. Go to this link and click on If you used TurboTax CD/Download last year after you save the .tax file. https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3301662
