Can I deduct taxes paid $2200 in Federal taxes (for 2017 Tax Year) on 4/15/2018 and over $400 (2017 Tax year) in for 2018 Tax year?
I had to pay into both the federal and state taxes (for 2017 taxes) in April 2018. Can I deduct these on my 2018 return? I used TurboTax 2017 to compile this. I am using 2018 this year.
