TurboTax Revenue is around $2Billion, 40% of Intuit's Consumer Group's revenue. So that is significant and does demand attention from that specific branch of Intuit. But looking at overall TurboTax Desktop sales it is around 4.5M units vs Online sales at ~35M. So I think that probably shows why they would probably not care about Desktop sales lost to win10 customers who refuse to upgrade or use the online product. I also think it indicates the dedicated Desktop product could go away in the next few years as more people transition to the online product.
