Yes, you can manually put in an amount in the "other deductions" section in TurboTax Desktop, and it will update your estimated tax payments. Just note that it will change all four of the estimates, not just September and January. So you'll need to do some math to correctly reduce September and January.
Note that I've assumed that you're paying in estimates based on your 2025 estimated taxable income, not 2024.
