If you are needing a download of TurboTax, as long as you have the information from the CD (the serial number) you can contact TurboTax to request a download version of the software.

You will need to have an account with TurboTax.  If you don't already have one, you can create an account here.

To contact TurboTax, please continue reading the information below.

Click on TurboTax CD/Download and then click on "Go here".  Be sure to change the product information to CD/Download Windows, Deluxe and then a description of what you need then click Continue. 

You will be asked to enter some information and any additional notes, then click "Get the phone number".  You will be given a phone number to call TurboTax.
