trying to finish final review and submit taxes. but it just goes in circles and never finishes: 

final review
	analysis complete-continue
	let's finish mn taxes first-push let's finish mn now button
	let's work on your state return (ready to start state tax return)
		it's already completed for pete's sake
		push continue
	next screen can edit returns-why? they're finished
	or get another state-don't need another state
	or done with states so I click on this
	takes me back to analysis portion of final review
	click continue
	analysis complete and I start the same circle again,.
	HOW DO I FINISH AND SUBMIT RETURN?????

Sign out then sign back into your tax return.  If you have already reviewed your return, proceed to the next step.  

Select File in the left menu, and follow the instructions until you can select the Transmit my returns now button.  You must select that button to electronically send your return to the government.

Once you've done that, the next thing you should see is a Transmission Successful screen. This means your return is on its way to the government agency.

Your e-filed return will remain in pending status until the government either accepts or rejects it.
