Your site is super **bleep**ing irritating I have never had so much troubles and to be honest unles this is corrected I will never use it again and inform my family of other tax sites for this year. I have been trying to file for months your site is having issues at this point i would just like to amil it in but it wont let me click that optio. I would like this resoved ASAP! This is mainly a user community forum, not a direct route to TurboTax Support.

What product edition are you using--Free, PLUS, Deluxe, etc.?

Did you have any TurboTax fees, and if so, did you choose to pay them out of the Federal refund?   If so, that pay-out-of-refund option requires efiling.    In order to switch to file by mail, you'd need to remove that payment option and pay any fees upfront with a credit/debit card or a prepaid debit card you can buy in a store.    If that's your situation, we can tell you how to remove it and pay upfront.   The method to remove it varies depending on whether you are in California or another state.

Have you tried to get help previously?    Why are you wanting to file by mail instead of efiling?   Had you tried to efile, but it was rejected?      You would need to describe what you are encountering that prevented you from filing.    Or we can tell you how to phone TurboTax Support tomorrow if you are using a paid edition (PLUS or higher.)
