Have you had taxable income during those years?    If so, you should seek local paid tax help.   It is too late to receive a refund for any year earlier than 2022, but if you owe tax due for those years it is owed with late filing penalties and interest.  A tax professional may be able to help you if you need to negotiate with the IRS.
