I recieved a 1099-misc from a university my son attends as parent travel assistance to attend football games
How do I enter this on my taxes since I'm not self employed?
If they entered the amount in Box 7, then that is self-employment income, whether you think you are self employed or not does not matter, the IRS will think that you are and you must enter it as self-employment income.
