If your 1098-T is incorrect, you should contact the school that issued you the form and have them correct it. Otherwise, grants will be taxable, if they exceed your tuition. Sometimes part of your school's financial aid package might include this but it's best to double check with them directly since they filled out the form.

Do you have tuition in box1? Is this in box 5? Was it for last spring?

No I don't have anything in Box 1. It was for the Fall term.  I have amounts in Box 2 and Box 5.

If I filed already do I file for an amend?

No you should talk to the people who issued you the form. They would have to give you a corrected form for you to amend your return.
