I pay my fiances student loans because she is a stay st home mom. Can I claim her student loan interest since I pay it?

No, sorry. You can only claim student loan interest on a loan that you are obligated to pay -or- if the loan was taken out in a year when your fiancé was a dependent on your tax return.

While its not impossible for your fiancé to have been your dependent when she took out the loan, this is not going to be the norm.
