Question

I paid for $20,109 of my two kids college tuition out of my pocket. But my kids paid some too. I received 1098T. How do I claim that as a deduction?

Assuming you are claiming the kids as dependents on your tax return, YOU are the one who can enter the 1098T on your own return.  Dependents cannot claim the education credits.
