Not as an educational expense in your federal return.  It's possible your state may have a deduction for this but, if so, you'll be specifically asked abut it.

On your federal return, you may be able to use this expense this toward your  child care credit if you, and your spouse if filing jointly, send your child to preschool so that you can work.  If one of you is self-employed, there would have to be a profit in the business.
