Re: Ohio income tax error

State of Ohio recalculated my taxes, your deluxe program for 2018 failed to address the “tax liability on Ohio taxable income less business income" costing me a loss of $250.00. How could this not be programed in? This addresses income for retirees over 65.

If the error is truly the software (and not an input error), they will cover any penalties under their guarantee

What do you mean it cost you a loss of $250??
