Question
I actually don't have an HSA account. Nor does my spouse. It is stating that I have to upgrade. It doesn't surprise me that TurboTax was in a lawsuit about their "advertising" a few years back. Anyone know how to keep going without losing the two W-2's I had to enter, along with the one child I had? We have literally nothing else to file on. We are just married, filing joint, two jobs, and one kid. I tried "downgrading" but it makes me erase everything. I went back to my income and checked for anything HSA related and didn't find anything in my entries. I even clicked "No" on anything that asked if I had an HSA account. If anyone has any ideas, I'm all ears. Thirty minutes has now been two hours. Thanks TurboSucks, I hope you get toast crumbs in your bedsheets.
