I work a regular W2 job and own a small business, I work out of my home for both.  I want to enter in actual expenses, so my questions is what type of expenses can I claim for the home office deduction?

You can't take the home office deduction for expenses related to your salaried job (i.e., that you receive a Form W-2 for), but you can claim expenses related to your self-employment income.

Please see the TurboTax FAQ "Can I take the home office deduction?" below for details on the deduction, and the TurboTax article The Home Office Deduction for more details on the types of expenses you can claim.
