TT freezes up and won't let me enter a dollar amount in Personal Property tax. HELP

Personal Property tax: field is there, and it says enter the amount you paid, but it won't let you enter anything.

Hi, yes thank you!!
That was it! I had supporting details (one line for each car) and double clicking got me to the details, and I was able to enter the data!!! Thanks so much!

Did you figure it out?

If not...Desktop software? or the Online software?

If Desktop on Windows Computer....double-click on the field that won't take the entry...you might have a "Supporting Details" sheet attached to that field. (If the is one there, you can delete that SD sheet and it won't happen again in the future...but sometimes people want the SD sheet).
