Personal Property Tax in West Virginia

I live in WV and pay personal property tax on the vehicles that I own, am I able to deduct that?  If so do I enter it in as Other Property in the Property Taxes section?  Also, what counts towards this deduction?  Would it be anything that I paid in 2016 no matter what tax year it was.  Thanks!

Your state personal property taxes are deductible under Cars and Other Things You Own>Personal Property Taxes.  You can deduct any personal property taxes you paid in 2016, as long as you didn't deduct the taxes in a previous year.
