How do I start a new depreciation schedule for a new roof I put on my rental property? I have worked through the rental income/expense section of of TT but don't see where I to add. I am not able to take use the Safe Harbor Rental for Small Taxpayers because the roof expense and additional maintanance/repairs last year is more than 10k.
