My spouse is not covered by medical insurance. I incorrectly added his name to my Schedule HC page. How do I correct that?

It depends on whether you have already filed your tax return or if you are still working on it inside TurboTax.

If you haven't filed yet: You can correct this by going back to the Massachusetts state tax section in TurboTax, navigating to the Health Insurance (Schedule HC) screen and correct the information regarding your spouse's medical coverage.

If you have already filed: You will need to wait for Massachusetts to accept your return and then file an amended return (Form 1-AMD) using TurboTax to officially remove his name and correctly report your spouse's medical coverage.
