'Medical Expenses (in excess of 7.5% of AGI)". How would I know what my AGI is? Or does Turbotax compute this for me and I just enter the total amount?

That's correct. You just enter your total medical expenses, and TurboTax will compute your AGI and medical expenses above 7.5% for any possible deduction.
