It depends.  If the fire taxes are charged uniformly on each house in your city based on property value, they are tax deductible. If they are charged differently (flat fee per house or charged differently in other neighborhoods), they are not tax deductible.

If they are, they are reported as property taxes:

  1. Federal Taxes
  2. Deductions &Credits
  3. Your Home
  4. Property Taxes
