Please see the instructions below:

  1. Login to your TurboTax Account
  2. Click "Take Me To My Return"
  3. Click "Federal" from the left side of your screen
  4. Click on “Deductions & Credits” on the top
  5. Scroll down to "Home" and click "Show more".
  6. If your property tax is on form 1098 then select "Mortgage Interest, Refinancing, and Insurance (Form 1098)" or if you pay property taxes directly select "Property (Real Estate) Taxes"

State income tax usually carries over from other forms like W-2. If you paid State estimated taxes:

  1. Login to your TurboTax Account
  2. Click "Take Me To My Return"
  3. Click "Federal" from the left side of your screen
  4. Click on “Deductions & Credits” on the top
  5. Scroll down to "Estimates and Other Taxes Paid" and click "Show more"
  6. Click "Start" next to "Estimated Tax Payments"
  7. Click "Start" next to "State estimated taxes for 2018"
