If i purchsed windows in 2025 but they werent' installed until 2026, does this qualify for the energy efficient home improvements credit for 2025

Obtained a loan for windowss in 2025, We received half the loan, in 2025 and the second half in 2026 after the install. Does this qualify for the energy efficient home improvement credit for 2025?

No.  The windows would have been installed and usable in 2025 for you to claim the credit for 2025.
