Question

If I did not have a FSA or medical savings account or use the marketplace why can’t I get by this question so I can finish my return? I’m waiting for hours here?

This is a software stop not something I have.to address. Please tell me how to get by it. Do I need to use any other. Vendors software?

Which question?  What exactly is happening?  If you do not have any of that, you should be able to select no or skip.
