If I did not have a FSA or medical savings account or use the marketplace why can’t I get by this question so I can finish my return? I’m waiting for hours here?

This is a software stop not something I have.to address. Please tell me how to get by it. Do I need to use any other. Vendors software?

What question is stopping you from completing your return? Remember that we in the Community cannot see your private tax data nor the screen you are on.

There is a screen that asks what type of health-related accounts you had in 2025. Is this the screen you are referring to? If you don't have any health-related accounts, just click on "None of the above" and continue.
