I owe back taxes and behind on child support will my child support get any of it?

If you're in default then most likely yes. The IRS provides a toll-free number, (800) 304-3107, to call for information about tax offsets.

Any refund you have will be applied to any unpaid income taxes you owe  FIRST and if there is anything left over it will go to the child support.
