I made multiple donations to Salvation Army each under $500 in estimated value (based on consignment shop prices). System directs me to estimate value. Leave blank?

I acquired moms possessions to disburse when she went into nursing home. But I didn't pay for it. Just listed what I donated and valued based on what I'd pay on consignment. I can't determine fmv - what do I do? Leave blank?
