Question

I have Turbo Tax Deluxe Desktop. I am trying to fill out Line 18a on Form 5695 and Turbo Tax won't let me enter the value. Why can't I do this?

I hired a contractor in 2025 to remove and install new installation. I want to be able to get credit for this expense.

The Form 5695, Residential Energy Credits is estimated to be finalized and available in TurboTax on 01/21/2026.
