I have to reimburse $315 for health care premium payments. This shows up in the tax filing documents. Does this mean that payment has been made from my refund?

Thank you. But for clarification. Will the payment be made automatically through Turbo Tax or do I have to print off the form and mail in the payment directly? My refund was displayed as reduced so I'm hoping this is all done through the Turbo Tax software and I do not need to do anything else.

Right. It is included in your tax return. It either reduces your refund or adds to a tax due.
