Question

I had $530 deducted from wages to a childcare FSA and used the money for preschool, but my wife does not work. How can I report this amount as income using TurboTax?

I doubt that you have to do anything.

If you have an entry in box 10 on your W-2 for dependent car benefits, and your spouse has no earned income and is neither disabled nor a full-time student, then the amount in box 10 on your W-2 will be added to line 1 on your 1040, and the initials "DCB" (dependent care benefit) will be added to the left of line 1.

So you see that TurboTax will add the $530 back to income for you, so you don't have to do anything.
