I entered two W-2 statements but it is only counting the HSA contributions form one in my 'Deductions & credits', how do I account for the other?

Your HSA contributions will be reported based on the amount in Box 12 of your W-2. The items with code W will count towards your HSA contributions. Go back and edit your W-2s to make sure you enter the code W amounts form box 12.
