The Child Tax Credit goes to the parent with whom the children lives that provides over half of their support. It sounds like you have financial help from others. See Whom May I Claim as a Dependent? and Does My Child/Dependent Qualify for the Child Tax Credit or the Credit for Other Dependents?

That  might get you a little of the "additional child tax credit" but not much.    You have not said whether you received a W-2 or a 1099NEC.

Even if we assume you have a W-2 and do not owe any self-employment tax, you take the $3450 - 2500 = $950.   Then the refundable additional child tax credit will be 15% of $950 per child---so about $140 per child.    And your earned income credit would be just below $1600 for the three children.

Did you have any other income at all?  How were you and the three children supported?   Perhaps there is someone else who can claim all of you as dependents.
