You will see your year-end HSA value in Box 5 of Form 5498-SA for the ending balance as of 12/31/16. You do not need to enter this form in TurboTax. Keep for your records.

If you did not receive a copy of Form 5498-SA in the mail, you can have access to the form via your online account.
