Question

I did not receive a 1099 form for my stock accounts or HSA. I did receive 1042S, 5498-SA and a blank 8889. Am I missing anything?

You do not need a Form 1099-SA if you did not take any distributions from your HSA.

‌ Form 5498-SA reports contributions. You do not need to enter this in TurboTax, but keep this form for your records.

You generally would receive a Form 1042-S if you are considered a nonresident alien for U.S. tax purposes and you received U.S.-source income, such as taxable scholarships, fellowships, royalties, or wages covered by a tax treaty.

If you had no sales or dividend income, you may not receive Form 1099-B. You can check your final annual statement for any Form 1099-B (consolidated) that may be integrated there. You can log in to your brokerage account to make sure that no stocks were sold that would require a Form 1099-B to be issued.
