I bought a plugin car “2018Toyota Prius Prime” what has about $4600 tax bonus I filled out its info in forms but I can see any evidence or credit of it in my tax return?

look on schedule 3 line 54. note that it is a non-refundable credit which means if you only have a $1000 tax liability before credit you'll only get $1000 in credits with rest being lost. if your liability before credit is already $0, the credit is lost entirely. there is no carryforward or carryback.
