I am unable to select Finland as the location where I incurred my foreign housing expenses, what should I do?

Last year I selected "All other countries not listed" but the option does not appear to exist this year.

Can you select any foreign locations using the drop-down menu?

Yes I can. There should be an "all other countries not listed option" but it isn't there.

Please try the workaround solution from BillM223 Employee Tax Expert:

There is a workaround for the missing "All Other Counties". If you will choose "Angola-All other" (or any "X-All other" where X is the name of a country in the list), then the $31,770 amount will appear on line 29b, and if you are eligible, you will get your housing exclusion.
