I am living in Turkey and I am not US citizen. Can I return previous years via the software or should I post anything to IRS?

Hi Catina, Yes I need to file the previous years. And also I need to file 2023.

You can efile your 2023 using the online software or the desktop version. You will need to use the desktop version for prior years and mail those returns. You can file the returns in any order but I suggest starting with the oldest and letting the program carry your information forward each year.
