Here is how to edit charity donations in TurboTax Online:

Federal

Deductions & Credits

Scroll to Donations to Charity in 2018, click edit/add

Thanks but there is place to edit the donation cost value. The only place I entered a value was during the Federal Review. Realizing an error, I can't find any way in the Donation to Charity Interview screens to change that particular value.
