How can I get a copy of the itemized deductions worksheet, which is less than the standard, but I like to keep it for comparison?

I e-filed but the pdf does not include these entries.

Try this print option to get the whole return with all of TurboTax's worksheets and check if it is included in there:

Please log back in your TurboTax account and "add a state" to open the return back up (you are not really adding a state, just to open it back up), then select Tools, Print Center and choose the print center, then select returns and choose the radio button to include all worksheets.

Unless the form was actually used in the preparation of your tax return, I don't believe there is any way to get a copy of it. I can force Schedule A to open in the forms mode of the CD/download product but it is not included in the pdf of forms and worksheets unless it is actually used instead of the standard deduction in the tax return.
