Hi!My parent is my dependant (US resident). She moved from Peru on 2023 and sold here house (primary residence). Is sale taxable if the money was brought to US?

Someone else can share thoughts on the taxability of your mother's home.  But if she had over $4700 of income  (including the proceeds of the sale of that home) then you cannot claim her as a dependent.

Is your mother a U.S. resident alien?  If so, she is subject to the same tax laws as a U.S. citizen, which would mean that she must report her worldwide income from all sources, that is, income from both within and outside the United States.
