Question

Fix error requires me to enter a DATE on Form 1116 - Foreign Tax Computation Worksheet. However, I can't find a box on this worksheet for Date?

Turbo Tax is not leeting me move forward until I fix this error.

Usually when an error message comes up that you need to correct by entering something, there is a box just under the error message that will allow you to type the missing entry.

If you do not have that option, there is a date field on the Form 1116 Foreign Tax Computation Worksheet in Part II - Foreign Taxes Paid/Accrued, Line 8. It asks for the date the foreign taxes were paid or accrued for each country entered.
