My disabled son qualifies for me to claim him on my tax return as my dependent. He receives SSDI payments so do I claim income under my taxes or does he have to claim that income with his own tax filing ?

You do not report your son's SS disability benefits on your tax return.

If the SS disability income is your son's only income, he is not required to file a tax return.
