I am a US citizen currently living and working in Sweden. How do I declare international income for 2016 in my turbotax filing? I can't seem to find the option to do so.

All figures on your tax return must be expressed in USD.  Here's a link to an IRS conversion table:  https://www.irs.gov/individuals/international-taxpayers/yearly-average-currency-exchange-rates

In TurboTax, look under Less Common Income for the line titled "Foreign Earned Income and Exclusion".  Enter your information there.
