These fees would be included under medical facility fees. These are charges the hospital fees for caring for you and your baby during and after delivery.

Medical facility fees include:

  • Fertility treatment
  • Hospital service fees
  • Surgery
  • Meals and lodging provided by a hospital during medical treatment
  • Physical exam
  • Psychiatric and psychological treatment
  • Treatment at a drug or alcohol center
