Desktop TurboTax Premier 2025. When I enter my non-cash charity items I don't see the option to enter each item and have it valued. Is that still coming?

I have used this for several years and it was always an option.

"Supposedly" that is coming in a future update...not sure it it's the next one though (later this week).

AND...if you have "items" to enter, make sure you FIRST delete any Charities in your list, that you did not use this year.

A current bug in the program is that if you enter a bunch of "item" donations in some charities, then delete any charity (used or not), then all "item" donations disappear from any charity.

That bug is being worked on too, but only recently confirmed so not sure when that's to be fixed.

How will I know when the "disappearing non-cash donations" bug that bit me yesterday is fixed? Is there an "update notes" I can look at re the large update that was applied this (1/22) morning? (All other software I use gives easy access to update notes...)

The valuation stuff?? Who knows... a couple more weeks as a guess.

The item deletion bug???

That was just confirmed by some TTX staff a couple days ago....so might take 1 or 2 more weeks.

Check next week....But if you delete any charity not used this year FIRST...then exit the charity area to be sure it takes, then go back into the charity area to add your items., you should be good.

Of course, that doesn't help the hundreds-of-thousands of folks who are entering items right now how don't know there is a problem.

It's in Feb 22, this feature to enter each item is still not available. Anyone knows when it might be? It's still saying coming soon
