I can't file my return electronically due to this error message. Can I get a refund of the money I paid for a service that does not work?

This is a known issue and TurboTax is working on a solution.  See the article I'm linking below to sign up for email notifications when the issue is resolved.

Yes, this issue was resolved in the latest TurboTax Online update.
