Can you claim child tax credit for my 2 kids that with me and also claim tax credit for 1 of my kids that do not live with me and pay child support for?

You can claim the child tax credit for any child that you claim as a dependent who lived with you for more than half the year and who is also under 17 years old. For divorced or separated parents, if the custodial parent signs Form 8332 or a similar document, the noncustodial parent can claim both the exemption and the child tax credit.
